Requirements :
- Aged max. 27 years old
- Minimum high school education, and any majors
- Minimum 2 year experience in the same position in the Restaurant/Food Court/Retail/Food Beverage Industry
- Able to operate a computer, especially Ms. Excel
- Have basic knowledge about standarts and processes for managing inventory (FIFO & FEFO)
- Able to compile stock opname reports
- Mastering the ordering system and availability of goods
- Have physical strength to lift objects
- Accurate, detail oriented, agile, responsible
- Willing to joined IMMEDIATELY ASAP
- Willing to be placed at Pasarame Beachwalk Bali
Responsibility :
- Responsible for the availability of raw materials and operational inventory needed by the restaurant
- Carry out inspections of raw materials if there are shortages or non-conformities and report any damage
- Maintain stock of goods to remain in good condition
- Ensure that the number of stock items is accurate in the system and in real time
- Carry out the inventory storage process according to applicable procedures
- Selecting goods received based on need, type and quality
- Carrying out stock records of incoming and outgoing goods/raw materials
- Carrying out stock opname and compiling stock opname reports
