Job Descriptions :
- Develop new meat processing & other product regularly to update new variant
- Liaise with QA Division to decide the new factory product launch
- Liaise with Purchasing Division and suppliers to ensure raw material needs
- Develop standard recipe menu for new product factory, manage sensory panel test with production team to produce the approved new product
- Planning, monitor new product launch and existing product stability
- Reporting to Manufacturing Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from Food Technology
- Min. 1 years have experience as Research & Development Staff in a F&B factory especially sausage product
- Have basic knowledge of food regulations such as food safety standars and food cost management
- Involve deep in internal and external audit (related to BPOM, Halal, BPJPH)
- Familiar with sensory panel test
- Creative, independent, fast response/learning
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work placement at Food Factory Cikarang (Deltamas)
