Foreman Civil Engineering

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Civil Engineering with a minimum 3 years of working experience;
• Proficient in AutoCad 2D Program;
• Able to prepare a Budget Plan (RAB) following the Analysis of Unit Prices of Work (AHSP) according to SNI Standards;
• Have a hard work spirit, discipline, and target-oriented;
• Can adapt well with coworkers and the community around the work location;
• Have a leadership spirit, analytical thinking, and ability to solve problems;
• Willing to be placed in remote areas (North Loloda - North Halmahera) with a roster system of 10 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Description :

• Supervise the quantity and quality of work of building contractors at the project site and make BAPP work;
• Assist in the preparation of facilities and infrastructure so that work in the field runs smoothly;
• Executing the work if it is done in a self-managed manner, finding a contractor for the work;
• Ensuring material specifications when procurement purchases civil building materials;
• Perform simple building design (non-structure) according to user requests in the field (drawings and RAB);
• Create work progress reports, documentation, and problem-solving in the field in coordination with users.
