QUALIFICATION
- High School diploma or higher education.
- Possess 1-3 years of relevant work experience; management experience in the field of plastic toy production, painting workshop, or pad printing workshop, injection.
- Experience in toy production management is highly preferred.
- Have excellent data collection and analysis skills in the production process.
- Responsible for formulating departmental production plans, standardizing production operation processes, evaluating the performance of subordinate production personnel, and improving efficiency.
- Distribute departmental plans, organize and implement them, manage processes, schedule employees, monitor production progress, and complete production tasks.
- Familiar with control procedures and management plans for each link in the production process chain.
- Familiar with production processes, operating procedures, and principles of painting and pad printing production.
- Familiar with the repair and maintenance of related machines and equipment for printing, capable of fixing molds and spray guns, creating spray samples, and mixing paint according to composition.
- Possess good planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Have good communication, coordination, analysis, assessment, and adaptability skills.
- Have experience in setting up/injecting mold management.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude, initiative, seriousness, responsibility, and a strong determination.
- Have a strong enthusiasm for lean improvement.
- Responsible for training and managing subordinates.
- Willing to undergo a 6-month training program in Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Foreman – Injection : - Responsible for injection mold equipment improvement projects and machine efficiency enhancement.
- Accountable for improving and optimizing production equipment capacity and following up on the results of new mold trials.
- Analyze and address common injection mold issues with various materials and product structures.
Foreman – Assembly : - Under the leadership of the production manager and senior company management, responsible for leading the overall work of the Assembly Department; organizing and supervising all workshop employees to fully complete various tasks within their scope of responsibility.
- Responsible for organizing systems, implementation, inspection, supervision, and control of various Assembly Department management mechanisms.
- Responsible for organizing production according to the production plan, completing tasks according to the schedule, and holding regular weekly meetings for the Assembly Department.
Foreman – Painting: - Responsible for production management, production quality management, equipment maintenance, and more. Familiar with product inspection procedures and performance testing methods. Able to read drawings independently and create prototypes.
- Familiar with manufacturing technology and spraying processes, spray painting, and pad printing/jig/fixture printing for plastic toys. Also familiar with manual spraying, spray painting production processes, and equipment adjustments.
- Responsible for formulating production plans based on the production schedule, allocating work reasonably, and improving work efficiency. Independently solve technical production problems. Able to organize production rationally and formulate production processes. Conduct cost analysis and cost control, as well as lean production management with the lowest cost as the goal.
