Uraian Tugas
- Manage and monitor project progress, from outlining task, timelines, and implementation
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Work closely with Event Organizers and vendors to understand event objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes.
- Create and maintain detailed timelines for each phase of event planning and execution.
- Ensure all project milestones are met according to schedule.
Meminta
- Min. 1-2 year years experience in event coordinator, or similar
- Proven track record of success in supporting event and project initiatives, preferably within a freelance capacity.
- Had experienced in handling both offline and online event with 50 to 200 participants
- Had experienced in finding, coordinating, and monitoring vendor
- Willing to work in a 8-months contract-based, with a hyrid arrangement
- Have personal laptop
