Uraian Tugas

Kinderfield-Highfield School Bekasi, is currently seeking for a professional employee to fill in the following position:

FRONT DESK OFFICER (FD) 

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately in a professional manner.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Notifies school administrator personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls from third parties to related school administrator personnel as needed.
  • Ensure reception area is clean, tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationeries and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information about the school (school programs, events, tuition fees, merchandise price list, etc.) to parents; deliver and forward written messages and announcements from the school to parents through instant messaging apps, email and/or phone calls.
  • Provide assistance to proceed purchase requisitions for school’s merchandise orders from parents and ensure compliance with orders.
  • Assist to coordinate document circulation (database of students’ information, telephone logs, purchase orders, etc) and follow-up parents' feedback in order to run the students’ admission process smoothly and in immediate response.
  • Assist to organize and participate in the school marketing & promotional events (e.g.: Open House, School Exhibition at Malls, or other events collaboration with third parties.
  • Provide support to prepare admission related consultations and/or school tour during School Open House or Program Consultation Sessions.
  • Support the implementation of school-wide expectations as determined by School Management/Administrator.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3
  • Proven work experience as Front Office Representatives, Receptionist or similar roles
  • Professional attitude and good appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • Has the ability to maintain composure, be proactive and resourceful to ensure a good customer experience for parents
  • Good in administrative skills and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, interactive, energetic and able to work under pressure
  • Computer & Internet literate
  • Able to work cooperatively in a team or independently
