We're hiring Front Officer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Check-In and Check-Out:
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with the check-in process, and provide necessary information about the hotel amenities and services.
- Process guest check-outs efficiently, handle billing, and ensure accurate settlement of accounts.
2. Customer Service and Communication:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
3. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate guest records, including contact information and special requests.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports for management.
4. Collaboration:
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Related Field (Preferred)
- Previous experience in a front office or Guest Service role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
