Qualifications & experience

• igh school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree or certification in management in related field preferred
• 2+ years of previous experience as a Front Office Manager or a related role preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• Training and supporting office staff
• Handling complaints and specific customers requests
• Managing mail distribution
• Monitoring stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies
