• Proven work experience as a Front Office Manager for minimum of 2 years or 4 years in a managerial role• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or relevant field• Proficiency in English (oral and written)• Solid knowledge of OPERA Hotel System and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office• Excellent communication and good writing skills• Effective leadership skills• Open-minded, problem solver, and organizational abilities
