- Handling Check In & Check Out
- Handling Complaint
- Night Auditor
- Arrange Transportation for Guest
- Any related task for Front Office Staff
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Japanese, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Japanese (Min. N3) is a must.
- At least 1 Year of working experience as front desk agent or night auditor is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Front Office, Guest Relation, Concierge, Computer Literacy, Attention to detail, Hospitality Minded
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Maximum 30 years old
- Good appearance / professional looking
- Able to work in shift
- Able to work on night shift
- Domicile in the Cikarang area is preferable
