Front Office Supervisor (Bintan)

Job Description:
The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests. The Front Desk Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise front desk staff and ensure excellent customer service.
Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
Monitor daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
Manage reservations and room availability.
Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes.
Monitor and review guest feedback.
Resolve customer complaints.
Train and coach front desk staff.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma; Bachelor in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
Fluent in English and basic Mandarin.
Honest, integrated, enjoys interacting with people, and able to work calmly under pressure.
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven leadership and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of hotel management systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
