Role Description:
The Front Office will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and offering general clerical assistance.
Requirements:
Relevant education background
Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken, other languages will be an advantage. Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service
Experience in appointment scheduling and maintaining calendars
Previous administrative assistance experience
Excellent clerical skills, including organizing and filing documents
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated, a team player
