We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. This is an incredible chance to be at the forefront of product development, serving as the bridge between Business Owners, Customers, and our Development Team.
Job Descriptions :
- Act as the representative of the Business Owner and the Voice of the Customer.
- Develop user stories based on a deep research methodology that may include customer-driven, data-driven, technology-driven, market-driven, and business-driven approaches.
- Craft and refine the Product Vision, Product Roadmap (including Milestones, MVP, OKR), and Product Backlog based on adaptive business priorities.
- Be an integral part of the Agile / Scrum Team, translating between the Business Owner and the Development Team, and ensuring that the Sprint Backlog and Sprint Goals are both realistic and aligned with business needs.
- Participate in Sprint cycles as needed to clarify business requirements and ensure the Development Team's work aligns with ongoing business needs.
- Be proactive in regularly reporting product development progress to Business Owners and Customers.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 2 years of experience in Product Management / Project Management in Multi-finance / Banking / Insurance sectors.
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to build strong relationships with Customers and the Development Team.
- Strong sense of ownership towards the company and its products.
- Understanding of Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework.
- Proficiency in solving complex problems and identifying use cases / solutions.
- Effective prioritization skills.
- Ability to create conceptual designs (at least at a high level).
- Ability to build Product Knowledge that is easily understood by Customers and the Development Team.
Additional Requirements :
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA.
- Skilled in using analytic tools to support decision-making.
- Professional certification in Product Management is a plus.
