Full Stack Developer (Golang, Python)

Staffinc is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in both Golang and Python to join our client's team in Banking. • This role is expected to be outsourced to our client in Banking as a contract employee
• Candidate is expected to work on-site (WFO) in Jakarta Selatan
• Candidate is expected to be able to join as soon as possible (ASAP)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Golang and Python.
• Create and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both frontend and backend components.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution of bugs and technical problems.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 1-3 years of proven experience as a Backend/Full Stack Developer, with expertise in Golang and Python.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficient in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
