One of our company clients (a Japanese Construction & Engineering company) in Jakarta area, currently looking for Building Management Staff (Japanese Speaker) with requirements as below:
- Graduated min Diploma from Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Experience as HRGA Staff from a Japanese company will be an advantage
- Must have experience utility maintenance field at least 3 years
- Must fluent in Japanese ( Mandatory - to communicate with Japanese)
- Able to communicate in English also
- Looking for a positive - initiative person also royal.
- Domicile around Jakarta area
- Infrastructure building and grounds maintenance, utilities, operates and maintains custodial functions including asset management and management reporting.
- Responsible for MRO activity, mechanical, electrical, machinery, facility cleaning of production area, spare part turnover, project or installation of infrastructure.
- Oversees and supervises the quality of work of the team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
- Manages and reviews service contracts, project accomplishments.
Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections. - Coordinate with external department for GA activities i.e. maintenance service, car service, or any related.
- Manage the overall general affair of the plant and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned.
- Involving in safety, environment, and health concern include report and compliance.
- Handle common areas, such as shuttle bus provide, car park, canteen, lighting system, waste disposal etc.
