General Accountant  

Job Summary:

Ensures that the company complies with all relevant taxes and government requirements and ensures company readiness for audit.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Diligent and timely compliance with tax and government-related requirements
• Keep updated on BIR tax policies and advise management on recommended actions on tax and audit matters
• Maintenance, organization, and storage of financial records
• Analyze issues and provide recommendations to improve financial systems
• Coordinate with internal/external parties, particularly BIR and other government agencies to process transactions
• Conduct financial review, audit, and reconciliation
• Support general accounting activities
• Prepare monthly management reports

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in accountancy and other related courses
• Certifications/professional licensure/driver’s license, etc. CTT (Certified Tax Technician)
• With at least one year of experience
• Open to fresh graduates—newly licensed CPA
