General Accounting Staff

We are currently seeking a skilled General Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of General Accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily financial records and reports.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of cash transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, provide explanations for report variances.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and other statutory filings.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 25-30 years, bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Accounting roles.
• Understand basic tax calculations, PPh21, PPh23, PPh25, PPh4(2), and PPN.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
