General Accounting Subledger Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting from reputable University
• Min experience (1-3) years in related field (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Fully understanding of financial accounting standards, Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and IFRS, and able to know about tax management (VAT, Withholding tax, Corporate tax income)
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Computer literacy experience in and Accounting Software (Navision, OneStream, Accurate, Journal ID) is advantage
• Has good time management skill
• Fast learner, attention to detail, good collaboration, and able to work in a team

Responsibilities:

• Maintain/recording the daily financial transaction such as petty cash, advance, expense claim, account receivable & account receivable.
• Checking and examine of all documents related to financial transaction is compliance with company regulations/policy
• Recording of all related documents into ERP in accuracy, timely and in compliance to the statutory requirements
• Filling all documents and recording result from the system correctly
• Prepare monthly Financial Reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation
