- Expertise in handling General Affair operation & understanding ISO 14001.
- Expertise in handling transportation, catering, security, janitor.
- Expertise in handling Health Insurance.
- Good experienced in handling company legal issues and documents (internal/external).
- Capable in assisting HR&GA Manager on yearly plan and make report with deep analysis.
- Capable in planning and executing GA vision and program in 4.0 technology era
- Has good relation with government and 3rd parties related to industrial relation.
- Bachelor degree and 3 years experience in GA, Legal, or related.
- Hard worker & good communication.
- Has ability to lead and create good teamwork with younger and older colleagues.
- Proficiently speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to speak and write in Japanese is a plus.
