Uraian Tugas

Job Description

General Affair Executive is a key role responsible for managing and executing various HR processes and programs related to HR Operation, Employee & Industrial Relation, and Organization Development. They ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, administer compensation and benefits programs, maintain employee records and office asset, support culture initiatives, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR-GA Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment.
  • Process HR transactions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and leave management, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Finance in managing physical / office asset.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support related to HR policies and procedures.

Employee & Industrial Relations:

  • Address employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with managers to facilitate effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Contribute to performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
  • Deploy industrial relations that covers employee disputes, internal communication, employee relations, grievance, hiring-termination.

Organization Dev & Culture:

  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
  • Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
  • Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
  • Deploy Internalization of Core Values & Culture in Organization
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, psychology, law or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Min 3 experience in Organization & Culture Development, HR operations, compensation & benefit, and Industrial Relation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to full Onsite Working Setting (WFO
