Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
- Coordinate with coworking space management to maintain a conducive and efficient working environment.
- Manage meeting room bookings for both internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling.
Collaboration with Coworking Office Management:
- Maintain effective communication with coworking office management for facility-related matters.
- Promptly address and resolve office space, facilities, or service-related issues.
Office Equipment Management:
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or deficiencies to the appropriate channels.
Support for Facility and Service Projects:
- Actively support and contribute to various projects related to facilities and services.
- Assist in project coordination and implementation to enhance office operations and environment.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in general administrative tasks including document management, filing, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides). - Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Keen to learn and contribute to team success.
- Availability to work on-site during the internship period.
