Uraian Tugas

Job Desc:

  • Handling payment process to vendor 
  • Responsible for maintaining administrative matters and document in GA 
  • Arranging business trip 
  • Monitoring the provision of office facilities (stationery, pantries stock, meeting room, transportation, meeting room, etc) 
  • Ensuring the coordination between driver, OB, receptionist with the users are running in proper and effective manner 
  • Providing administrative and assistant support including but not limited to arranging meeting and translation documents

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor's degree in any major 
  • Experience max. 4 years, fresh graduate are welcome to apply 
  • Proficient in English 
  • A detail oriented person with high level of ethics and responsibility 
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Office
