Qualifications & experience
- At least 2 years of experience in general administration or a related field.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing principles and best practices.
- Able to speak in English (both oral and written)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage outsourcing processes, including vendor selection and performance monitoring.
- Oversee all aspects of vehicle management, including registration, maintenance, fuel cards, and driver coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks related to outsourcing and vehicle operations, such as data entry, file maintenance, and report generation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
