Uraian Tugas

Job Descriptions:
Assist the General Affairs team to manage the procurement and distribution processes of stationery and essnetial work tools
Contribute to oversight and maintenance the company's assets by ensuring optimal utilization and tracking
Help managing the archive of purchase files
Assist in preparing comprehensive monthly reports on material expenses
Serve and handle the front office section
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMK) from Business Administration, Business Management, Civil Administration, or other related fields
Has strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Willing to work on site at Yogyakarta Office
Internship is UNPAID
