Uraian Tugas

Requirements :

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 2 year of working experiences in a General Affairs is required.
  • Required Skills : Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Administration.
  • Detail-oriented, perform teamwork spirit and good negotiation skills.
  • Work location : Kolaka Branch.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure business environment neat and tidy (housekeeping).
  • Manage building management and maintenance (including furniture).
  • Organizing staff and functions related: office boy / office girl, driver, messenger, security.
  • Manage vehicle management (service schedule, vehicle tax payment, dll)
  • Organizing vehicle / operational car.
  • Manage electricity management, water, telephone, office / car rent.
  • Manage payment related to water, electricity, ATK, pantry, housekeeping or other miscellaneous expenses.
  • Reserve accommodation employee business trip (including hotel, ticketing, mess, room rental/kost).
