Requirements :
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 year of working experiences in a General Affairs is required.
- Required Skills : Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Administration.
- Detail-oriented, perform teamwork spirit and good negotiation skills.
- Work location : Kolaka Branch.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure business environment neat and tidy (housekeeping).
- Manage building management and maintenance (including furniture).
- Organizing staff and functions related: office boy / office girl, driver, messenger, security.
- Manage vehicle management (service schedule, vehicle tax payment, dll)
- Organizing vehicle / operational car.
- Manage electricity management, water, telephone, office / car rent.
- Manage payment related to water, electricity, ATK, pantry, housekeeping or other miscellaneous expenses.
- Reserve accommodation employee business trip (including hotel, ticketing, mess, room rental/kost).
