Requirements :
- The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any degree
- Male, Maximum 35 years old.
- At least 3 years experience in the field of General Affairs, preferably as Coordinator
- Having experience working for a multinational company (Preferably Japanese Company)
- Strong character, multitasking person and ability to work under pressure, and good human relations, interpersonal and communication skill
- Good communication in English, both oral and written
- Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level
- Mature, pleasant personality, analytical, good communication, hard-working, independent & able to fulfill the target within less supervision
- Willing to work at the BSD area
- Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to other Project Mall/other company within 1 group
Job Descriptions :
- Handling General Affairs Administrative Task such as preparing and recording all payment requests, keeping records of company properties and maintaining office supplies
- Support GA Staff to manage the reimbursement employees and operational costs for driver, OB and receptionists
- Maintain use of taxi e-vouchers and create payment request form
- Handling administrative tasks for Expatriate employees, such as Apartment administration, airline tickets, hotels and expatriate personal belongings, coordinates with the Agent and/or shipping company
- Handling maintenance Operational Car & Car for Expatriate Employee
- Handling health insurance administration
- Handling all Driver, Office Boy & Receptionist matters (in-house and outsourced), such as attendance report, agreements and managing overtime
- Manage company storage
- Negotiate with vendors regarding General Affairs matters
