Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any fields, or Bachelor's Degree are preferred
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Be first impression of the company, should have good appearance, good attitude, and be professional at all times
- Fluent in English and (Mandarin is plus)
- Experienced Microsoft Excel
Tasks & responsibilities
- Timely hiring of personnel with high matching degree and cost-effectiveness, and able to retain talent
- Ensure smooth implementation of the company’s salary and welfare management work, and assist in the formulation and implementation of performance bonus plans
- Responsible for the company’s performance appraisal, promotion, satisfaction survey and management of labor contracts, employee social security, provident fund, and other matters.
- Maintain the company’s attendance system and provide accurate working time data for payroll purposes.
