General Foreman Fabrication

Responsibility:

• Make a work plan for each SPK, in the form of mapping manpower, tools, material, lead time
• Review drawings before production process
• Participate in supervising and controlling the production process in term of production quality
• Ensure that the products produced are in accordance with the standards, thus minimizing the complaints of production results
• Overtime budget control according to KPI
• Find the right solution when you find problems that occur in the field
• Make reports related to production progress on a regular basis
• Take control certificate of the manpower (welder, operator,)

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering / Fabrication
• Minimum 5 years of General Foreman experience in Fabrication in an manufacturing
• Understand the flow of the steel production process including proses high and low alloy steel
• Knowledge of international codes such as Asme (a plus)
• Experience in handling ISO
• Able to read/ interpret drawing 2D/3D
• High level of commitment to achieve result, collaborates effectively toward achieving the agreed targets
• Fluent in English (written & oral)
