About the Role
The person that we are looking for will be mainly doing Accrual Professional Fee, Operations & Others, and overseeing Inventory across the GoTo Group. We'll be facing many challenges such as process differences across the Group, people who are reluctant to change and etc. We'll be making huge changes during your first 6 months to make Shared Services Excellence work in GoTo.
What You Will Do
- FinOps day-to-day activities and closing for accrual On-Demand Services (ODS). Reviewing and posting journal
- Inventory monitoring related to GR GI (by Ops Team) and also overseeing and planning for stock-taking
- Help prepare audit data requests for the SSC-CGL ODS area.
What You Will Need
- Has experience working with accounting timeframe
- has a minimum experience of 2 years in the same field
- have an intermediate understanding of accounting and closing
- Have experience leading a small team or developing others
- People who knew SAP would be preferable
About the team
Our Finance Shared Service Center team is a big family of over 30 team members based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Working alongside the Accounting and Tax teams, we oversee the accounts payable, payment processing, and account receivable management of all GoTo entities. Currently, our team has been busy working on the alignment of policies and procedures with global standards, regulations, and market practice, which will help GoTo to increase its competitiveness in the global market from a finance operations perspective.
As a team, we are not only concerned about the company but also the personal growth and well-being of each team member. The FinOps GL team consists of more than 10 people who are in charge of most of the Opex for GoTo Group. The FinOps GL team has flexible working hours. The FinOps GL team is still on the way to alignment for processes and procedures across the Group. The FinOps GL team is adopting a work hard play hard culture. The FinOps GL team is fluid and has an ever-changing work environment
