Indonesia Pomalaa Industry Park is a company engaged in the management of industrial estates located in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, currently opening career opportunities as General Management Staff - Shift Duty (Mandarin Speakers) for placement at SITE Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, with the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. To entering employee must be aware of the various and regulations of the company. 
2. Passionate about their work, abide by the law, familiar with their own business, constantly improve their business skills, and serve as a good advisor to their superiors.
3. Strictly in accordance with the company's rules and regulations, formulate work plans, organize and carry out comprehensive project management.
4. Responsible for various meetings, training, cultural and sports, and service activities of the department, keeping relevant minutes and records, and reporting to assist in cooperating with various work relations affairs of other departments.
5. Responsible for the drafting, revision, supplement, improvement, submission for review, distribution and execution of various management systems and various record forms of the department.
6. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation, execution and daily work of various management systems implemented by the department, judging the operability of various management systems based on the inspection results, and conducting discussions, research, and modifications with relevant department employee.
7. Responsible for verifying the collection, sorting, summarizing and reporting of various materials and record forms of the department to the company for archival purposes.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Requirements:

1. Positive work attitude, good communication skills, hardworking and strong execution ability.
2. bachelor's degree majoring in business administration (management, management informatics, human resource management, statistics, finance) 
3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience.
4. Proficient in using computer forms, documents, PPT and other common software.
