- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the Business Development team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targets.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated business plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred for General Manager position).
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or related roles within the mining or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the mining industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and lead cross-functional teams.
