Requirements:
- Solid experience handling hotels for more than 15 years
- Proven experience in international chain
- Innovative and strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
- Business and financial acumen
- Have experience in Project Management
- Tech-savvy
- Positive attitude
- Willing to be located in Bali.
Responsibility:
- Oversee the operations functions of the hotel, as per the organization chart
- Hold regular briefings and meetings with all heads of departments
- Ensure full compliance with hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards
- Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment
- Handling complaints, and overseeing the service recovery procedures
- Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan, and Capital Budget
- Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and management
- A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
- Manage and ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, are on target, accurate, and innovative
- Maximizing room yield and hotels/resort revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs
- Coordination with HOD’s for the execution of all activities and functions daily
- Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development
- Provide effective leadership to hotel team members
- Respond to audits both internal and external to ensure continual improvement is achieved;
- Responsible for legalization, Health, Safety & Environment Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements
- Responsible for implementation of HACCP
- Responsible for Corporate Social & Safety Responsibility (CSSR)
- Support for the Group activity.
