General Manager Hotel

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is looking for the most suitable candidates for General Manager - Hotel for one of our business units – Lv8 Resort Hotel located in Bali with the details:

Requirements:

• Solid experience handling hotels for more than 15 years 
• Proven experience in international chain 
• Innovative and strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
• Business and financial acumen
• Have experience in Project Management
• Tech-savvy
• Positive attitude
• Willing to be located in Bali.

Responsibility:

• Oversee the operations functions of the hotel, as per the organization chart
• Hold regular briefings and meetings with all heads of departments
• Ensure full compliance with hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards
• Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment
• Handling complaints, and overseeing the service recovery procedures
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan, and Capital Budget
• Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and management
• A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
• Manage and ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, are on target, accurate, and innovative
• Maximizing room yield and hotels/resort revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs
• Coordination with HOD’s for the execution of all activities and functions daily
• Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development
• Provide effective leadership to hotel team members
• Respond to audits both internal and external to ensure continual improvement is achieved;
• Responsible for legalization, Health, Safety & Environment Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements
• Responsible for implementation of HACCP
• Responsible for Corporate Social & Safety Responsibility (CSSR)
• Support for the Group activity.
