Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a German Admission & Placement Staff at Bright Education Indonesia located in Bandung. The Admission & Placement Staff will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with handling incoming inquiries from prospective students, managing applications, and providing excellent customer service. The Admission & Placement Staff will also be responsible for sales activities, including conversion of inquiries into enrollments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German is required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Detail oriented
• Education background or experience related to education is a plus
