Responsibilities
- Do collection of policy payments via Phone Call & Whatsapp.
- Recap and verifying payment documents proofs.
- Processing policy cancellation and reactivation.
Qualifications
- Have educational experience at least Diploma.
- Minimum of 1 years Desk Call, Collection, or Customer Service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with the development, execution of sales plans and deal closures.
- Preferably experience in Insurance Industry, or other Financial Industry (Banking, FinTech, Startup).
- Have ability to operate Microsoft Offices and google environments.
- Willing to Work onsite or Work from Office.
