What you will do :

• Collect, analyze, and engage in the execution of all Global Market development potential for the group's products.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competition, market dynamics, and other business knowledge, which enable effective internal decision-making.
• Create, evaluate, and improve business model proposals for potential focused countries.
• Identify consumer cultural behavior related to product use and consumption in every country to support penetration strategies that will be implemented.
• Collaborate, manage, and request special research as a strategic project for the development innovation center.

What you need :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from all related major with GPA 3.00
• Min. 5 years experience in Brand Development (FMCG)
• Have experience in managing products for overseas markets
• Fluent in English
