Job Profile :
- Oversee and manage sales operations across multiple concept restaurants
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Ensure effective P&L management, analyzing financial data and implementing measures to optimize profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance Operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Maintain a strong focus on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, taking proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
- Uphold high standards of food and beverage (F&B) operational excellence, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as GM Operation in F&B Service
- Proven track record of success in increasing sales and profitability
- Proven experience in managing sales operations within a multi restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals.
- Background in F&B operations and P/L management is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
