GM OPERATION F&B SERVICE

Job Profile :

• Oversee and manage sales operations across multiple concept restaurants 
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Ensure effective P&L management, analyzing financial data and implementing measures to optimize profitability.
• Provide leadership and guidance Operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
• Maintain a strong focus on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, taking proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
• Uphold high standards of food and beverage (F&B) operational excellence, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as GM Operation in F&B Service 
• Proven track record of success in increasing sales and profitability
• Proven experience in managing sales operations within a multi restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals.
• Background in F&B operations and P/L management is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
