GroupM is the world's largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Strategic Planning Lead (Group Head) to join us. In this role, you will be responsible forplan and initiate digital marketing campaign and activities.

In this role, your goals will be:
In 3 months:
Bring strong analytic capabilities and translate data into actionable insight
Develop overall strategic framework for client
Set the right ambition for planning
Align on overall strategic direction for the business
Gathering data and research to develop strategic marketing plan
In 6 months:
Create best-in-market strategic plan for influencer
Manage overall strategic operations, with 2 to 4 direct reports
Build strong connection with cross functional planning team and buying team
Provide communication and content strategy to address client's objective
In 12 months:
Plan integrated influencer marketing plan
Develop overall influencer strategy across key campaign launches, with clear actionable KPI
Provide initiative for marketing optimization to increase digital marketing performance
Minimum qualifications:
At least 5 to 7 years experience in creating marketing and content strategy (brand/agency)
Understand marketing and show strategic insight into digital plan
Familiar with integrated digital marketing strategy
Excellent written and storytelling skills
Problem solving attitude
