Golf Pro Shop Attendantassists in the operation of the Pro Shop and to insure that guests and members receive the highest level of service. The Pro Shop Attendant will assist the Golf Professional staff with daily golf operations duties included but not limited to:
- Checking golfers in, collecting fees and managing the point of sale system.
- Answering the phone in a timely professional manner.
- Assisting members and guests with booking tee-times
- Assisting Professional Staff with inventory and merchandise displays in the golf shop
- Maintaining an orderly and attractive golf shop at all times
- Maintaining effective communication with the golf guests services team
The Pro Shop Attendant is the primary person in charge of all point of sale transactions. Attendants are the final point of contact for the experience and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
