Role Description

The Security Governance & Planning role at Bank Mandiri Taspen is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta. As a Governance & Planning professional, you will be responsible for managing security data awareness & ensuring that the security governance has implemented and comply with organization's activities. Your daily tasks will include designing an IT environment with adequate redundancy, duplication, and security protection from internal and external threats that could compromise information security and service availability and coordinating with various departments in the organization to communicate security awareness. You will also need to monitor and review periodically of how the implementation of security awareness in the organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field
• At least 1 years of experience in IT Governance/Cyber Security/ Risk Management/ Governance
• Experience in Cyber Security, Governance and Incident Management
• Experience with budgeting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and provide recommendations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in financial services industry is a plus
• Certified as Lead Implementor of ISO is a plus
