Job Description:
- Establish Compliance Policy of Organization Processes and Assure the correct implementation in any situation
- Designing the Annual Budget Proposal/Adjustment in correspondent to Organization Activities, Project, and Operations in cooperation with all organization members
- Manage the Running Budget and Perform Necessary Action to ensure the Compliance of expenses compare to designated budget line
- Perform fulfilment of expenses payment related to organization spending (including Project Expense) and assure the correct supporting documents/evidences/acceptances
- Managing General Affairs on providing/facilitating Misc. Professional Needs/Requirements
- Managing the process of due diligence of third party candidate to assure the compliance in term of activity, management/stakeholder, and minimize the risk factor when engaging with organization
- Maintain the internal Third Party/Vendor Database in cooperation with the SIPM
- Maintain the Harmonious External Relation and Act as Liaison for business entities and Third Party
- Maintain good communication, support system, and cooperation with Organization Project Team/members and business process owner
- Propose methodology/mitigation/contingency/recovery plan in term of incompliant occurance within organization and engaged third party
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology/Science/Engineering/related fields
- Able to work as fast-pace and dynamic team in Agile environment
- Communicative an persuasive on delivering ideas
- Excellent in Document Management and Filing
- Fluent on English (Written & Speech)
- Min. 3 yeard experience working as Compliance/Human Capital/Secretarial/General Affairs
- Min. 5 years experience in the related industry
- Brief knowledge related to Finance, Supply Chain/Procurement, Legal, and Technology-Aware
- Team player and Customer centric
- Self starter person
