- Managing and overseeing the completion of relevant permits and licenses, including HGU, SPUP/IUP, land certificates, etc. for the company's business entities in Kalimantan
- Providing advice and assistance for the application process for certificates of ownership rights/SHM belonging to third parties that are related or have cooperation with the company in Kalimantan
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for any matters related to permits, establishing effective communication with shareholders and stakeholders, and ensuring that all permits can be completed in accordance with the company's targets
- Advocating for regional regulations related to land issues, as well as fostering good relations with the Regency/District and Provincial Governments in Kalimantan
The successful candidate should possess: * Bachelor's degree in law or related majors
- At least 5 years of work experience in Palm Oil/plantation
- At least 3 years of experience of overseeing permits and licensing such as HGU, ILOK, SHM, IUP, and other relevant permits
- Good communication, negotiation, and adaptability skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders - from local communities to provincial government
