Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizes, plans and designs all marketing content for brand awareness, marketing and promotional campaigns designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals
- Create visuali aspects of marketing materials (social media, banner, flyer, logo, video etc)
- Create and publish engaging content for various digital platforms including social media and websites.
- Developing marketing strategies that effectively reach target audiences through digital channels such as websites, social media channels.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective
- Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics
- Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as design and product development to ensure content is aligned with brand standards and product offerings.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimal 5 years experience in FMCG company or design/advertising agency will be preferred.
- Excellent to develop creative for Digital - Graphic and video
- Creative and Have Strong visual design skills with an eye for composition, color, and typography.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Strong responsibility, organized, and attention to detail
- Have good knowledge and skill in photography, videography and video editing.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effect, etc) is a MUST
- Recognize the design principles of hierarchy, contrast, repetition, alignment, balance, and others.
