Graphic Design Lead

GRAPHIC DESIGN LEAD/SUPERVISOR

You are artistic and have excellent time management and communication skills to lead the team to deliver outstanding results on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive concepts & storyboards and translate them into appealing visualization
• Prepare comprehensive action plans, resources, and timeframes for projects.
• Manage all aspects of the design process from research, concept, and design development to the final results.
• Providing detailed updates to the project manager
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Use tools to monitor working hours & plans
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, planning, and reports
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum S1/bachelor degree from overseas or reputable university
• Good command of English
• Max 35 years old.
• Minimum three year's experience as design supervisor/lead or similar role
• Internet Savvy
• Attention to detail
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
• Hands-on experience with project management tools
• Photography is a plus
• Mature, hard-working, energetic, aggressive, creative, and can work under pressure
