Job Description
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES
- Main task includes meeting all requirement of designing and producing all promotional materials.
- Act as assistance center for all graphics design task.
- Should have ability to create working atmosphere in good condition.
- Prepare working plans to carry out goals, compares actual achievement against goals and takes corrective action.
- To lease with purchasing in making sure the quality of promotional tools such as brochures, fliers and banners are all meet the standard.
- Provide and maintains of photograph and slide library.
- To develop hotels pictures and other related photographs library.
- To assist all department with all graphic design advice.
- Coordinate and execute productions of poster, brochures and other printed materials, independently or with assistance of advertising agencies.
- Accept all graphics design request and inquires and coordinates handling with department concerned.
- Able to use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw.
- Able to do Video editing is an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum diploma in Related major.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess good communication.
- Highly motivated individual.
- Able to work as a team with staff from other departments.
- Able to work under stress and in fast pace environment.
