Roles & Responsibilities
- Problem-solver and data-driven individual, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Family), stay updated on design trends or technology, and implement innovative approaches.
- Having good taste and eye for design, with wide range of references
- Brainstorm and execute creative ideation and projects from concept to completion together with creative stakeholders
- Manage multiple design projects by working efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Working closely with agencies and vendors to ensure the quality of their output are aligned with our vision
- Assisting in day-to-day workload especially digital, social media, store branding, and more
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Fresh graduate to 2 years working experience as Graphic design.
- Prefer coming from industries / companies that have in house creative team (e.g. tech / etc)
- Proven experience in the role with strong portfolio showcasing creative achievements.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in creative software and tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect)
- Understanding of branding and marketing related principles
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Preferably also has Motion Design skill
