Graphic Designer (Offshore)

Job Summary

We are seeking fun and creative individual who is able to bring lively portray and/or interpretation to complicated analogies on Singapore property market. This job is fully remote as the company is based in Singapore. Ideal candidate will work closely with the research team to enhance editorial piece. Strong command in English is a must.

Responsibilities

1. Brainstorm and develop creative ideas and concepts for various design projects.
2. Conceptualize and develop visual assets for marketing collaterals that explain and visualize the company’s initiatives and projects.
3. Translate data, statistics, or information into visually compelling and easy-to-understand infographics, especially for socials.
4. Create visually appealing layouts, icons, and illustrations to support the infographic's message and theme.
5. Collaborate with content creators to grasp complex ideas and transform them into visual representations.
6. Collect relevant data and information to be used in infographics, ensuring accuracy and credibility.
7. Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in design elements.
8. Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Infogram).
9. Craft a narrative within the infographic, guiding viewers through the information in a logical sequence.
10. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
11. Ensure proper bookkeeping of artwork assets for easy retrieval.
12. Keep up with design trends, data visualization techniques, and industry best practices.

Requirements

1. A Diploma in graphic design, visual communication, information design, or a related field is typically preferred.
2. Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of working experience in related profession.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential. Proficiency in motion graphics and animation techniques skills is a plus.
4. Strong creative and artistic skills to conceptualize and design unique infographics.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
6. A strong understanding and interest in social media trends to know what artworks are fitting on various social media platforms.
7. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data representation and design elements.
8. Ability to work fast pace, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
9. A commitment to staying updated on design trends, software updates, and data visualization techniques.
10. Ability to work independently and remotely. 
11. Possess own workstation and suitable software to fulfil job.
12. Strong understanding of Singapore’s culture, property market and interests will be a plus.

Other Information

• Remote work
• 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm (with 1-hour lunch break)
• Follow work schedule (including public holidays) in Singapore
