Job Description:

• Manage overall video production.
• Able to work together with a Subject Matter Experts (SME) in making videos.
• Able to operate a camera.
• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for company training program videos, online course, external promotional social videos and other enterprise-wide projects.
• Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
• Plan video shoots, select, reserve shoot locations, reserve, and rent equipment if needed
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
• Create content design and reels for social media 

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 degree in digital film/video making or film/video production/design
• Preferably with 1-3 years of professional experience in video production, but open to fresh graduates with highly technical skills
• Proven work experience as a VIDEO EDITOR/videographer. Prefer having experience in studio/cinematography.
• Excellent capability in camera, video shooting, video editing and creative graphic design.
• Solid experiences with digital editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Meta business, Hootsuite, Social blade, Notoon, etc.
• Familiarity with animation, special effects, 3D, lighting, and compositing.
• Able to work together with Subject Matter Expert (SME) in producing video course program.
• Have strong creative thinking ability with strong communication.
• Able to work under pressure with various project timelines.
• English capabilities.
