Qualifications:
- Current domicile in Bali
- Great command in both spoken and written English.
- Able to work fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has knowledge of Opera (PMS) and POS
- Highly driven, positive attitude, and committed.
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in MS Office
- Proven experience in leading Guest Relations team for at least 2 years
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guest
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
- Executes cashiering and billing duties accurately and cooperates closely with the Finance team
- Executes the annual upsell strategy and achieves all goals as set by management
- Ensuring guests receive the experience as detailed in brand Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) El Kabron Bali as well as standards. Aim to achieve scores and goals set by management
