Guest Relations Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Current domicile in Bali
• Great command in both spoken and written English.
• Able to work fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has knowledge of Opera (PMS) and POS
• Highly driven, positive attitude, and committed.
• Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent skills in MS Office
• Proven experience in leading Guest Relations team for at least 2 years

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guest
• Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
• Executes cashiering and billing duties accurately and cooperates closely with the Finance team
• Executes the annual upsell strategy and achieves all goals as set by management
• Ensuring guests receive the experience as detailed in brand Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) El Kabron Bali as well as standards. Aim to achieve scores and goals set by management
