- Provide quality service to the guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in written as required.
Work Experience
-Hotel & Tourism education background
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
-Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
-High motivation & being guest-service oriented with an eye for details
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
-Familiar with OPERA system
