As a Guru Inklusi (Inclusive Education Teacher) at SMM Denpasar Timur - Denpasar 1, you will be responsible for designing and managing inclusive programs, conducting student observations, and delivering engaging and inclusive instruction both online and offline. Your role involves creating student assessments, personalized learning activities, and facilitating consultations with parents. Collaboration with the team and effective communication are key in this role.
What you will do...
- Responsible for designing and managing inclusive programs to support diverse student needs.
- Be prepared to conduct both online and offline student observations, providing tailored support as necessary.
- Deliver engaging and inclusive instruction through virtual and in-person platforms where needed.
- Develop student learning evaluations, including observations, progress reports, and assessments.
- Create customized learning activities when required to meet individual student needs.
- Act as a facilitator for Tanya.mu personal and Tanya.mu classes, ensuring regular check-ins a minimum of twice a day.
- Serve as a personal and group consultation facilitator for parents, offering valuable insights and guidance.
- Attend coordination meetings at various levels within the organization as needed.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for degrees in Education, Psychology, or Special Education.
- Demonstrate 1-2 years of experience in both online and offline teaching settings, whether in schools or educational institutions.
- Possess experience teaching or interacting with children with special needs.
- Show a genuine interest in teaching early childhood students and the ability to craft engaging learning experiences for them.
- Exhibit creativity in developing learning materials, activities, and presentations suitable for young learners.
- Proficiency in using a variety of educational applications and platforms.
- A deep understanding of early childhood development tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within both large and small teams.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with colleagues.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in observing and assessing student progress.
- Maintain discipline in adhering to timelines and deadlines.
- A commitment to a loyal work ethic within the team.
